Bakaasna (Crow Pose)

Crow pose is a very good for arm strength it makes arms muscles strong , increases brain power it stimulates humans pituitary gland and controls the entire body activity. 

How to do bakaasna 

• sit with banded legs in malaasna and bring both the palms in front of the chest

• focus on your breath inhale and exhale deeply

• Now open your fingers and place the palms on the ground 

• lift the Hip and heels together up 

• slowly lean forward engaged the Bally inside
