Do not practice Warrior II if you have a recent hip, knee, or shoulder injury, or if you are experiencing diarrhea or high blood pressure. Those with neck injuries should not turn their head to face the front hand (in step 10). Always work within your own range of limits and abilities. If you have any medical concerns, talk with your doctor before practicing
How to do
1First of all stand in center of the mat
2 jump and open your legs 3or4 feet wide apart
3 open your arms make sure your feets directly under the wrist
4 now turn your right feet towards Right
5 make your left feet in 45 degree toes pointed towards front of the mat
6 slightly bend your right knee back should be straight
7 turn your face towards your right hand and try to watch your middle finger
8 keep breath here...
